How long does it take to process an order?

Orders will be dispatched between 1 - 5 business days, once your has been placed.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you confirmation, along with tracking details, to enable you to follow your parcel’s journey. 

Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?

Ideally, yes. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so it would be preferred if someone were home to sign for your parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. 

Do you ship internationally?

No. Simply Planned currently only serves Australian residents, living in Australia. 

Can I Get My Erin Condren Insider Points Reward Points?

Not currently.

What Happens if there are items Missing/Broken in my Delivery?

All items sent by, Australia Post, are automatically insured for $100, with additional insurance, if requested.
