Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

All orders are dispatched from Dalby, Queensland and delivery times will vary between 1 to10 business days, depending on where you are located in Australia.  We will endeavor to dispatch within 1-5 business days.   During holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames given.  

A pick up point, in Brisbane, is also a possibility.

  
Do you ship internationally?

Not currently.  Simply Planned only serves Australian residents, living in Australia, but are hoping to cover New Zealand and Canada in the near future. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you confirmation, along with tracking details, to enable you to follow your parcel’s journey.
 
 
Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?

Ideally, yes. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so it would be preferred if someone were home to sign for your parcel.  

 

How much does shipping cost?

Parcels are charged using Australia Post regular and express services.

All shipping is tracked and you can choose either: -

• Regular Post - 2 to 8  days
• of Express Post - 1 to 4 days.

The above delivery times, are an estimation only, as this is dependent on your location, public holidays and Australia Post delays.

Australia Post shipping is insured, for up to $100, but you can request and pay for extra cover, if you wish.
